This production line is designed for the extrusion of specialized high-frequency cables with insulation or sheath materials including PVC, PE, and FEP.

II. Features

Equipped with a programmable logic controller (PLC) and touchscreen interface, the entire production line achieves automated control, ensuring stable and reliable operation while facilitating ease of use.

Utilizes dedicated screws for PVC, PE, and FEP, paired with a professionally designed heating and cooling temperature control system to ensure uniform extrusion of insulation or sheath materials.

Adopts a shaft-type take-up system that automatically synchronizes with the accumulator. It can also be switched to torque take-up mode. Additionally, it comes with an automatic cable cutter for convenient and efficient operation.
